An Accenture US survey says that 45% of workers surveyed said there was no formal planning process or tools in place to capture workforce knowledge. This is no surprise. Our experience is that forums or platforms for conversations, for sharing of ideas and reviewing of projects are rare and if they exist are ineffective. Knowledge transition is a cultural program. It happens anyway. The trick is to amplify the good practice.
