SageCo attended yesterday’s engaging speech by the Commissioner for Age Discrimination, Elizabeth Broderick to the Australian Institute of Family Studies. Employers take note!!
When the upswing comes, be ready for the best of the mature age bunch to be recruited quick smart – giving their employers the ‘age advantage’ when it comes to aligning with a progressively ageing customer base.
