Alison
Alison brings to SageCo more than 15 years experience across the career management, HR/recruitment and hospitality industries. Alison worked in Europe and the USA before coming to Australia in 1996, since which time she has managed the Sydney 2000 Olympic career transition project; developed a number of 'industry first' online career and ageing workforce toolkits; and worked closely with clients across diverse industries to develop progressive age management solutions. Alison is the current President of the NSW EEO Practitioners Association (NEEOPA), is a member of the Good Beginnings Advisory Board; Judge of the Diversity @ Work Awards 2008 and 2009; is an accredited ReCareer and Retirement Success Coach; Genos Emotional Intelligence Coach; Judge of the Deloitte Businesswoman of the Year 2006; and is a frequent speaker on the challenges and opportunities of workforce ageing.
