We have partnered with Sageco since 2009 to bring our mature age strategy to life. Throughout this time Sageco has provided excellent advice, guidance and tools in relation to best practice mature age initiatives which we have successfully implemented into our organisation. Feedback from both our mature age team members and their managers who have attended the programs has been consistently high.

With an average age of 43 years it is imperative that we retain our mature workers and assist with knowledge transfer to our younger employees. We understand that implementing a Mature Age Strategy is a long term approach to address the many challenges and opportunities associated with an ageing workforce. The feedback we have received from our various interventions has been overwhelmingly positive. It was also extremely beneficial to work with an external provider who are experts in the field of age management. Sageco were an invaluable resource in terms of their knowledge and experience in implementing their programs. We also felt that through using an external provider that our employees felt more comfortable to open up, express their needs and wants, and provide feedback.

We were extremely impressed with Envisage and we hope to continue our relationship with Sageco in the future, particularly for future seminars & knowledge transfer. The feedback from the business was fantastic and it was great to be able to offer a wellbeing initiative to our employees who have invested so much of their time & hard work into Sky over the years.

I am pleased to recommend the Sageco team to any executive or Board that is currently considering their talent and succession management strategies. We know globally that we have an ageing workforce and ongoing skill shortage issues, I found that Alison Monroe and her team brought a practical and tangible approach to dealing with some of these issues, opening new avenues to accessing or extending talent, adjusting our employment practices to mitigate risk, and improving morale of all those involved. Their work really has impact. Having a robust strategy for dealing with these issues shifts the ongoing conversations about what to do with this issue, to monitoring progress with our response. That is a much better place to be.

The event was excellent – both very well designed and very well facilitated. The Roundtable not only provided a useful overview of the case for change and examples of good practice, but also the opportunity for participants to engage with the issues in a very practical way. Add to the program design the knowledge, passion and facilitation skills that you and Catriona brought to your shared leadership and we had a very high quality session indeed.
