Louise Rolland

Louise Rolland is an Executive Director within the Business Advisory Services practice at Ernst & Young and also a Professor of Work and Ageing at Swinburne University of Technology.

Louise's background in labour market policy, economic development and business administration brings a cross sectoral view to the work of BWA. In her role as CEO of BWA Louise oversees the academic research agenda of the BWA Centre for Research and the business and government services delivered by the organisation.
