Alison is a passionate and insightful ageing workforce specialist, conference chair, presenter, awards judge, and Ambassador for Good Beginnings Children’s Charity for whom she recently did a 100km fundraising trek in the Vietnam jungle.

Cath Duncan

MA App Sc Soc Ec (Org Devt) After a 20 year career with the Australian Public Service (APS) Cath has spent the last 15 years in business consulting. Cath is an APEC accredited business mentor, member of the International Coach Federation, a board member of the Institute of Management Consultants and a fully qualified baby boomer. She is a fearless Envisage facilitator, a sought after coach, an active volunteer for many causes and a proud citizen of the Port Adelaide region.

Diane Rowe
HR Coordinator
Diane’s work history includes hospitality, database management, Excel wizadry, events such as the Sydney Olympic Games and Rugby World cup and various corporate Human Resource Roles. Diane works on HR projects with Sageco and is often the first person that prospective staff meet when applying to work with us. Diane juggles two children, a musical husband, a dog and is also our in-house translator for all things New Zealand.

Angela Dadds

B Ec., Diploma of Coaching, Associate Certified Coach (ICF). Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt & ECi (EQ) coach, accredited facilitator of Crucial Conversations. After 20 years in the corporate world, Angela has worked for the past eight years as an independent consultant, coach and facilitator in change management, leadership development and business process improvement. She has almost 30 years of experience across a broad range of industries including financial services, government, mining, IT consulting and transport.Her clients include General Electric, the Victorian Government (Trade & Industry, Tourism), BHPBilliton, Ajilon Consulting, and Oracle. Angela is a valuable addition to the Envisage team.Angela has created a lifestyle that allows for plenty of time to meditate, read, paint and be a devoted aunty to her six nieces and nephews.

Michael Hollingworth
Coach and Facilitator
Michael brings a wealth of experience in diverse industries to his facilitation of Sageco’s Envisage and Exchange programs. Michael is passionate about coaching and has trained with international authorities such as Peter Senge, Martin Seligman and the Results Coaching System. He is a member of the International Coach Federation and the Change Management Institute and embodies our philosophy of lifelong learning. You might also find him kayaking or in a yoga class.

Susan McInnes
Coach and Facilitator
BSc (Hons), Executive Coach, MBTI, MAITD, MAHRI. Susan started her career as a Research Scientist in NZ and after 20+ years of running her own consulting business, joined the Sageco team bringing skills as a change agent, accredited trainer, mediator, facilitator and coach. Susan’s capacity to inspire others to achieve desired outcomes has been the hallmark of her success. Susan maintains work life balance with long walks and creative design interests.

Catriona Byrne

MA, B Ed, ABC. Catriona has 20+ years experience in education and communication management and is lead practitioner for Exchange, Sageco’s knowledge sharing solution. A career highlight was managing Sydney 2000 Olympic Games Workforce Communications. Catriona is an International Association of Business Communicators examiner and frequent conference presenter. She is passionate about children’s music education and currently teaching herself the ukulele.

Danny Hughes
Web Projects Manager
MBA (IT Management). Danny’s technology skills come to the fore in managing Sageco’s online programs, using technology to share knowledge and research projects. He has over 20 years management experience working in operational environments within the Banking, Finance and IT outsourcing industries. He has also worked as a Business Continuity Planning and IT Management Consultant. Danny balances his online portfolio with his role as soccer coach.

Judy Cole
Facilitator
Judy is a graduate from the University of Life and brings experience in sales, IT and recruitment to her role as facilitator of Sageco’s Envisage program. Following a successful career working across several industries around the world, Judy retired and then bounced back into the workforce. She now engages her audience with colourful stories and anecdotes and in her spare time can be found zipping around the Harbour with Sailability.

Melanie Healey
Business Manager
Melanie is a Sageco veteran and uses her business administration prowess to keep the commercial engine room ticking. Having worked in the recruitment and airline industries, Melanie has a talent for finding the most efficient, cost effective way to do anything – and always with a bit of pizazz. She loves her family and her iPad 2. You won’t find Mel in the office on Melbourne Cup Day; she is a dedicated race goer and loves to frock up for a flutter.

Robin Mitchell

Robin is passionate about helping people communicate more effectively and enjoys gourmet cooking, the opera and art house movies amongst many other things!

Sarah Cleasby

Sarah has 15+ years experience in the corporate consultancy world including a career at British Telecom and a Client Director role with a London based business psychology firm. Sarah is passionate about the application of positive psychology at an individual and organisational level, and the impact it has on people's health, happiness and wellbeing. Her coaching expertise shines through with the Envisage career program. Sarah is also a sandcastle construction expert aided by her twin boys.

Fiona Webster
Coach and transition consultant
BA, Grad. Dip. Couns. Having worked in a variety of roles in the bush, in cities and overseas, Fiona has been specialising in career transition since 2001. Working with one of the largest global Hr consultancies, Fiona’s experience takes in the full transition gamut: from career change, job loss, returning to work after parental leave or secondment, promotions and retirement in either one-to-one coaching or group settings. Outside of work Fiona is a volunteer counsellor, loves stitching projects, is a keen photographer and is rediscovering yoga and meditation. The next big trips will be to Morocco and Japan to see beautiful textiles and beautiful landscapes.
